Job Summary: Office Junior’s will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our office, providing essential administrative support to our legal team and enhancing our client service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

    ●  Client Interaction: Greet clients and prepare refreshments to ensure a welcoming environment.

    ●  Communication Management: Handle incoming calls and post, providing professional and efficient communication.

    ●  Document Handling: Responsible for the filing, scanning, and organising of documents, maintaining efficient office systems.

    ●  Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise daily with key stakeholders, including directors and legal administrators, to support office operations and client management.

    ●  Administrative Support: Assist in the overall management of the office, performing various administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualifications:

    •     ●  Essential: Five GCSEs grades 4 (C) or above including Maths and English.
    •     ●  Desirable: Three A-levels (or equivalent) C or above.
    •  
  • Skills:
      •     ●  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
      •     ●  Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
      •     ●  Proficient in IT with the ability to quickly learn new software. Experience with CRM systems is desirable.

  • Personal Attributes:
    •     ●  A confident, professional demeanour and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
    •     ●  A passion for the legal sector and a strong motivation to develop within this field.
    •     ●  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
