Job Title: Onboarding Assistant

Location: Nicholls Law, Rochford, Essex

Job Type: Part-time

Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week, spread across 2 to 3 days (Thursday and Friday required)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Job Summary: The Onboarding Assistant is a key role focused on managing new leads, handling client onboarding, and ensuring a smooth transition for clients engaging with our services. This role requires effective coordination with our legal and finance teams to facilitate client care and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  •     ●  Lead Management: Proactively handle new leads and enquiries, ensuring a responsive and professional first point of contact.
  •     ●  Liaison: Work closely with lawyers and the finance manager to prepare and communicate cost estimates.
  •     ●  Client Onboarding: Set up client details on the CRM system, prepare client care packs, and manage ID and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
  •     ●  Documentation: Ensure all client documentation is accurate and complete, maintaining compliance with legal standards.
  •     ●  Training: Although experience is ideal, full training will be provided for CRM management, client care creation, and compliance processes.
