Helping you apply for authority to make decisions on behalf of someone who lacks the mental capacity to do so.

Providing expert assistance in becoming a legally appointed Deputy to manage finances, health, and welfare.

Advising on and setting up appropriate Trusts (e.g., Lifetime Trusts) to safeguard assets and secure long-term care needs.

Drafting and registering LPAs to ensure a chosen representative can make decisions if an individual becomes unable to do so.

Comprehensive Estate Planning Bundle

At Nicholls Law, we often witness the challenges that arise when estate planning is overlooked—ranging from disputed wills to difficulties in accessing finances when capacity is lost. Drawing on our litigation experience, we have crafted a Comprehensive Estate Planning Bundle designed to protect both your estate and your well-being.

For couples, this package includes professionally drafted basic mirror Wills, Health & Welfare Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Property & Financial Lasting Powers of Attorney for each partner. If you are single, we also provide a tailored bundle comprising a basic single Will and both types of Lasting Powers of Attorney. These documents ensure your wishes are legally recognised, your finances remain secure, and decisions regarding your health and welfare are entrusted to trusted individuals.

This promotion offers significant savings compared to our standard fees. We’re here to guide you through the process, helping you safeguard the future for yourself and those who depend on you.

We also offer Will writing and LPA services on their own; if you are not interested in the package, please reach out and we can quote individually for you.
